Why is it important to pay attention to what's going on in your mind or your brain. I

Wow! Now we can see what's in there.
We have two choices: We can turn the lights back off so we don't have to look at it,
or we can keep the lights on so we can become aware of what's in there.

So, what is in there? What's in our brain?
Our thoughts- our thoughts about all the circumstances in our lives.

The circumstances are only facts.
Our thoughts are our opinion about the circumstance.
Our thoughts always create our feelings.
Our feelings are simply vibrations in our body, that's all.
Our feelings create all of our actions. Our actions, reactions or inaction.
From our actions we always get our results.
This is the self coaching Model and it will be a very powerful tool we will practice using everyday .
So what has that got to do with living with the lights on?
