Organize Your Mind 


The benefits of creating routines is extremely helpful when we are working toward growth and change. 

Our mindset in the morning frames the rest of our day with energy and strength. 

The one thing I want you to really be diligent about is make sure that the technology does not jump in until after you’ve had that time to control yourself with your mindset. 

Filling our mind with energy and focus producing thoughts is the first best thing we can do to improve our attitude, our productivity and our days, every day.

If you like coffee, grab a cup of your favorite brew, but before that, drink a glass of water. Take a nice deep breath.  

Take some time to journal or do a thought download.  Just write. What are you thinking?

This is the first step in organizing our mind. You need to step out of the mess so you can have a look and then start making decisions.

Doing thought downloads is not just about getting it out on paper, but it's doing it in a way that objectifies the thoughts for what they are.  They are just thoughts, not facts.  

Now for each thought we can ask: 
Is it serving me?
Do I really want it?
Is it current or outdated? 

When we organize our thoughts we become aware, we ask the three questions - and make a decision, we say goodbye and we create what we want.
