Is A Plan Really That Important?

Is A Plan Really That Important?

Has this happened to you?

You have a long day.

You have no idea what to make for supper.

You order take out and super size it since "you've already blown it."

I can relate.  This is what I did all the time when I felt at my worst and weighed the most.

I didn't plan WHAT I would actually eat each day.  Day after day I wished I could lose weight and hoped I would do better.

That was my problem.  I kept thinking about getting my act together instead of just planning to do it.

I bet you do the same thing.

When I discovered how important and simple a 24 hour plan is, it changed everything.

No wonder people are 42% more likely  to reach a goal if it is written down.

Are you interested in increasing you rate of losing weight by 42%?

I was so excited when I found that God even tells us to write it down:
Habakkuk 2;2 - "Write ...on a billboard, large and clear, so that anyone can read it at a glance..."
You don't have to think too far in advance.  Take it ONE DAY AT A TIME.

When we get all caught up in ALL the things we need to change in order to lose weight, we get overwhelmed and exhausted.

In my free Six Day Challenge I teach you how to focus on the small things to change that lead to big results over time.

When we create REALISTIC plans and follow through, we cultivate new ways of thinking about ourselves.  We actually prove to ourselves that we are dependable.  We have our own back.  We can honor our commitment to ourselves.

THAT is what it takes to have permanent weigh loss!

Love,
Peggy
