We Are Loved?


Isn't that an interesting question? 

What would it look like?

What would it sound like?

What difference would it make as we choose our thoughts?

For me, this made ALL the difference.  When I started trusting and believing what god says about me rather than what the voices in my head said about me,  everything started to change.  

When I practiced believing Romans 5:8 - "I loved you at your darkest" , I started seeing myself, my circumstances and others through a totally different "lens". 

I started treating myself with respect.  

I started honoring commitments to myself a.k.a. I started having my own back.

I stopped relying on other humans to provide validation and recognition. 

I spoke differently to myself. 

I began recognizing the value that was placed in me.  (I had nothing to do with them except recognize them)

I practiced handling "fails" with awareness and compassion and without judgement. 

When I started choosing thoughts based upon being loved, those thoughts lead to feelings of confidence and determination. 

When I felt confident and determined, I followed through on goals I set, then recognized each accomplishment intentionally.  

My results changed.  I became someone I can depend upon.  I became someone who is a good friend to me.  I have become someone who is living into her purposes here on earth.  

All of this is happening because of the thoughts and beliefs that "I am loved".  And it isn't dependent on my behavior.  It depends on what my Father says.
